David Cameron, who is he?

Is the public beginning to make up its collective mind about David Cameron and decide he is rather lightweight after all and a sphynx without a secret? The public always makes up its mind about a Prime Minister at some point, sooner or later, and usually unfavourably though not in Margaret Thatcher's case and not for a very long time with Mr. Blair.

At  a great distance, Mr. Cameron seems, like Churchill's pudding, to have no theme. I loathed Mrs Thatcher but now admire her partly because she had a theme. Edward Heath whom I do not admire also had a theme. Major and Wilson did not really, despite the classless society and the white heat of technology.
