Cluj = Kolosvar = Klausenberg, Transylvania.

A beautiful city still sans tourists. It has escaped the fate of Brasov and the now rather awful Sighisoara.

Actually Timisoara was the first city to have electric lighting I think but Stoker was an ignorant hack.
