Drowned migrants are on Hillary Clinton's conscience

SHARE

240 migrants, including women and children, drowned off the coast of Libya last week.

Hillary Clinton's Libyan policy is to blame. She was abetted by David Cameron, William Hague and Nicolas Sarkozy. Their overthrowing of Gaddafi led to this mass movement of migrants via Libya just as Colonel Gaddafi predicted when he said that “Europe runs the risk of turning black from illegal immigration, it could turn into Africa" and "new religions" could overwhelm Europe.

The only solution now is to arrest boats close to the coast of Africa and return migrants promptly to where they came from. Unfortunately Europe should resile from the 1951 UN Convention on Refugees and stop taking in asylum seekers. Things have changed too much since it was written in 1951.

In August 2011, Gadaffi's daughter Ayesha Gaddafi made three predictions in an interview about what would happen were her father overthrown - Europe swamped by illegal migrants, a terrorist camp on the shores of the Mediterranean and war among the tribes of Libya. All three have come true. Thanks to Hillary.

There are many arguments for and against her and Donald Trump. The strongest argument against her is that she has said last month that overthrowing Assad is "the top priority".

  1. Well not really. Conspicuous consumption in the west and a better life was a draw for many. Drought in sub saharan Africa along with other economic woes along with an exponentially rising population was already straining against the gates of the north long before Gadaffi fell ( to his own people ). If anyone is to blame it is Western Christendom for espousing a lifestyle where more is consumed than needed, populated by parasitic vacuous moral hulks like Trump which both denies basic standards in the Third world and draws its peoples to some hope of an improved standard of living. Just like Dick Whittington they all believe the streets of the West are paved with gold.

  2. Gadaffi would have prevented migrants passing through Libya.

  4. Err no it wasn't Paul, it was when he and the Italians had signed an accord to deal with the migrants but he was just as duplicitous as always because whe was making cash and political capital at both ends. I think you're trying to paint his actions to fit your narrative not histories and anonymous's
