An American working for USAID whom I met in Kosovo told that was the last just war'. It was certainly illegal. It marked the moment when Nato ceased to be a defensive organisation and the point when Russia, Serbia's patron, was humiliated.
Scott Ritter supports Putin and Hamas. I do neither, but find his commentary interesting and I often agree with it. I also want an end to Nato.
There is a big difference between Kosovo and Greenland, however. 90% of Kosovars (the Albanian ones) wanted to be free of Serbian rule. Extremely few Greenlanders want American rule.
Denmark was one of the First Nations to recognize Kosovo, and since 1999 has sent more than 10,000 troops to the KFOR occupation force.
Don’t expect any sympathy from me when the tables are turned.
NATO is a morally corrupt organization that has long since lost any legitimacy.
The fact that it has turned to eating itself is no surprise.
Denmark loses Greenland, and the world loses NATO.
That’s a good trade in my book.
