Financial Times two days ago said mysterious, violent men in black were involved in starting the disturbances in Iran. BBC ignores this and US/Israeli attempt to topple the Iranian government

Nothing was ever less spontaneous.

The Financial Times told its readers something of what happened (its readers are important people) but tonight the BBC reports the Ayatollah admitting thousands died, "some in an inhuman, savage manner", and blaming their deaths on the Americans.

The reader, unless he has researched the story, assumes that the Ayatollah is lying. In fact he is telling the truth.

The BBC says 3,090 lives have been lost "according to US-based Iranian Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA)", without saying HRANA is linked to NED and the CIA, the agencies involved in the protests and the attempt at regime change.

The BBC says some activist groups put the death toll far higher. Those groups are linked to the US government too. The BBC does not say that either.
