Calin Georgescu, Jeremy Corbyn and the spooks

Calin Georgescu won the first round of the Romanian presidential election in November 2024. He represented a big threat to Nato and the election was cancelled by the courts. 

Did the courts do so acting spontaneously or on US orders? (Joe Biden was president.)

Nobody knows.

He was arrested yesterday and charged with fraud, the third criminal charge against him since he almost became president. 

The courts will decide if he is guilty or has been framed. 

Two things matter.

First, if the allegations do stand up in court this doesn't mean justice has necessarily been done. 

Many Romanian politicians commit frauds and other crimes including blackmail without the secret service passing evidence to the prosecutors.

Secondly it has recently been proven beyond doubt that many (most?) Romanian judges are very corrupt.

On December 9 a two-hour documentary titled "Captured Justice" was broadcast featuring testimonies from high-ranking judges and prosecutors exposing how court decisions are reached because of political influence. 

Bribery of judges is very widespread. All litigators know this. Some have direct knowledge. 

Please remember that Romanian judges sit on the ECJ and ECHR and decide complex international adjudications.

A Romanian sits on the European Commission.  

Other Eastern European countries are as corrupt. Ukraine is far worse.

The United Kingdom is not perfect. Peter Mandelson, Epstein's corrupt close friend, sat on the Commission.

The anti-Nato Jeremy Corbyn said that he was undermined when leader of the Labour Party by MI5 and MI6.

There's plenty of corruption in England though nothing compared to Romania or, far worse, America.
