Some people with psychological or mental problems will just naturally get better with or without treatment. The number of patients who will get better is pretty much the same with or without treatment. If anything people are slightly better without treatment.
Treatment with psychiatric drugs doesn't solve problems. It makes people less likely to take steps too improve their own lives.
Psychiatry has been a very great evil. But it is very profitable.
