Anyone who thinks diversity will lead to a “lower quality of life” has clearly never been to an ethnic food festival.

   So how do you explain the Japanese, who have very little ethnic diversity but plenty of restaurants of foreign cuisines? Not many Italians in Japan but plenty of Italian restaurants.
