How long will Americans support Israel? For decades to come

"It was Korea, it was Vietnam, it was the Middle East wars, it was Afghanistan, it was Ukraine, it was Venezuela. On and on! Eventually what happens is empires overspend, overextend, and it collapses." Ron Paul who thinks the collapse of the American empire will be a good thing for America. I agree - and a good thing for the world.

“The West won the world not by the superiority of its ideas or values or religion …. but rather by its superiority in applying organized violence. Westerners often forget this fact; non-Westerners never do.” Samuel P. Huntington

Israel is bombarding, literally bombarding, two Middle East capitals, Beirut and Tehran, killing 100s of civilians, and yet the US and UK media continue to portray Iran as the threat to the region. Israel has nukes, but Iran is the nuclear threat. We live in Orwellian times.

The evidence is becoming overwhelming, even dispositive, showing that it was a US airstrike -- quite possibly guided and governed by Anthropic's AI -- that blew up an Iranian school filled with school girls, liberating 150 of them (from life).

"Regarding Russia, the quantity of Patriot air-defense missiles, that has been used in just the last few days [in the Middle East] would have been enough to protect Ukrainian cities from the devastating blows to the electricity system over the past couple of months. The United States has made a choice: it doesn't want to protect Ukraine or help Ukraine survive the war. Instead, we've decided to use that same capacity for this war of choice, one with an unclear outcome, against Iran. And the Europeans have seen that. The Ukrainians have seen it." Anne Applebaum
