  1. The United Kingdom as a whole has about 730 people per square mile -- not too different from the rest of Europe.

    Ah, but it's only England that matters.

    As of 2021, the population density for London is at 5,596 people per square km.

  3. Your figure for Romania is wrong. Romania has around 82 people per square *kilometer*. That works out to about 216 people per square *mile*.

    That's pretty much the same as Spain and a bunch of other European countries.

    1. Yes, and a square kilometer is about two-fifths of a square mile.

      And Romania still has about 214 people per square mile, not "92".
