My involuntary neighbour

 

I just realised that Calin Georgescu is in a cell 300 yards from my apartment in an obscure and dimly lit street, placed there not long after Kimberly Guilfoyle overturned the Romanian government. I walk past angry people shouting "Calin Georgescu President of Romania". It remember I am a Jacobite. 

It seems to symbolise something, though I am not sure what, about the people who rule the world, whoever they are.
