Summit as reality TV

It was said that the first Iraq war happened on television. The discussions in Washington between Donald Trump and five European leaders plus Ursula v d Leyen was just broadcast live.

Giorgia Meloni is most impressive, she seems genuine, Trump is a TV star and therfore  impressive but Macron and Mertz are too. Mertz has innate dignity. He is a man but he is wrong on everything. 

Starmer is not. He is wooden and he speaks fluent wooden. He can't be stupid but he is, as Curzon described Baldwin, a man of the utmost insignificance.

Ursula v d Leyen is empty too but is a politician, which I don't feel Starmer is.

Trump started his second presidency promisingly but has been disastrous.  

But today, looking at the Europeans in he is preferable to any of them by a mile. 

Unlike them he intends to achieve peace with Russia. 

I don't know why but they want endless war. They are the European versions of Biden and Killary.
