Having kicked an own-goal by driving the Russia-China no limits alliance under the Biden-Obama regimes, Washington has proved they are still in the game by crushing their uppity European client states.
From pledges by NATO member to bankrupt themselves with more US weapons purchases, to capturing the European energy market, substituting American LNG at 3-5X the price of cheap Russian gas and thus driving a wholesale migration of German heavy industry to the US - that plus leaving the EU fractured, supine, diplomatically dependent and busy with a trillion dollar Ukraine reconstruction bill....
For Washington, what is there not to like?
