Western mainstream media are an instrument of the CIA and MI6

I know nothing about Robert Lindsay, not the actor but the Substack writer, except that he produced an interesting estimate of the numbers of civilians murdered by Hamas on 7 October, excluding combatants and those killed by the IDF. It was a fraction of the 1200 murders that the British press still quotes. 

He's  described as a 'left-wing race realist'. By accident actually, I have subscribed to his Substack and some thing he says he writes are very strange, others interesting.

This for example is interesting. 

I knew and about the Anglo-Americans in Syria and knew that American shops arresting other ships on the high seas was piracy. I am ashamed to say that I did not know that Iraq has since the murder Iranian commander Qasem Soleimani with a U.S. reaper drone wanted the American and Iranian troops to leave, a request the USA has ignored.

Do Americans know that the Iraqi government has been ordering us to leave their country for years now and we’ve been refusing? I wonder how they would feel if they found that out. The problem is that the MSM is never going to tell you that story. Over and over we told Iraq to go to Hell when they told us to leave. Trump said if you force us to leave we will freeze $8 billion of your assets that are in our banks. How many Americans heard about that? Zero? By neglecting to inform us that we are not welcome in Iraq, the MSM normalizes illegal invasion and occupation and a scofflaw attitude when other countries tell us to leave their land. Implicitly the MSM tells us that this is just fine.

The US has been illegally occupying Syria for many years now. We have basically annexed 1/3 of the country and given it to the Kurds. We are stealing 90% of their oil and giving it to the Kurds and setting most of their wheat fields on fire. You would think Americans might be against this but you MSM never tells the American people what is going on or it will try to frame the illegal occupation as legal and justified. Here the MSM is justifying illegally invading and occupying Syria, stealing their oil, and burning their wheat. Illegal invasion occupation, theft, and property destruction are all rendered kosher an legal because the MSM does not mention them.

The MSM is doing this with all of these oil tanker seizures now. The US government says Venezuelan oil is contraband. It says Venezuelan oil trade is “illicit.” Both are false. The oil trade is illegal “illicit” under US laws but so what? US laws don’t go around the world. Venezuelan oil is not contraband. It’s not even contraband under US sanctions laws. There is nothing in US sanctions laws that says we get to steal any Venezuelan oil we find as contraband.
