Tucker Carlson has recounted a conversation he had with President Trump just days before the US and Israel launched their war on Iran. 

Carlson said he told him that the war on Iran was “being pushed by Israel” with the aim of establishing itself as the main power in the region.

“He looked at me and said: “Yes, you're right. But in the end, we all die anyway, so it doesn't matter.'”
