Arrest the Iranian president?

Larry Johnson has heard a rumour that Trump might arrest Iranian President Pezeshkian and Foreign Minister Araghchi when they attend the UN. 

Do you think he would be idiotic enough to do it? I don't.  He lacks the courage.

It would be not only ineffective but very counterproductive, destroying any sliver of sympathy that America has in the world vis-a-vis Iran.
