The neocons are trying to normalize the concept of using a nuclear weapon in Iran. And as neocons always do, they are not even considering the 2nd & 3rd order effects of destructive ideas they advocate for.

The US is an empire driven by power and profit and uses/abuses ideology, religion, and extremism no matter how cartoonishly hypocritical it becomes.

And because most people are trapped inside their own cages of left/right, conservative/liberal ideology they'll always feel the need to pick a side instead of not playing the game in the first place.
